I’m Gabs, the founder of FitXGab.
I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and Lyra (aerial hoop) instructor with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with movement.
My fitness journey started in gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading, which sparked a lifelong love for movement and performance. Over the years, I’ve taught everything from kickboxing and high-energy group fitness to yoga, aerial conditioning, and choreography-based classes. Today, I combine those experiences to create fitness that feels empowering, creative, and accessible.
FitXGab was created as a space for people who want something different from traditional fitness. My approach blends strength training, yoga, mobility, aerial movement, and mindful wellness practices to support both physical and mental well-being. I believe movement should feel like a ritual you look forward to, not a punishment.
I offer personal training, yoga classes, Lyra instruction, group fitness, and custom program design for clients of all levels. Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve flexibility, explore aerial arts, or simply reconnect with your body, my goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and confident.
FitXGab is also rooted in living a happy, healthy, and as toxic-free (as possible) lifestyle. I love incorporating mindfulness, holistic wellness, and a little bit of magic into everyday movement.
